International Shipping

We want your shopping experience to be simple from checkout to delivery.

Orders are shipped with tracked international delivery. After dispatch, delivery is typically completed within 2–3 business days, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.

Shipping is free on orders of $150+. Orders below $150 are charged a $30 shipping fee.

Duties, Taxes & Additional Charges

You will not be asked to pay unexpected customs duties, import taxes or additional delivery charges when your order arrives. All applicable duties, taxes and additional import charges are covered by MySabella.

The amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay to MySabella for your order and delivery.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timing

The 2–3 business day estimate applies after dispatch. Some products may require preparation or production time before dispatch; where applicable, this is shown on the product page.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact team@mysabella.com or +90 530 068 63 77 as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible before the order has been prepared or dispatched.
